We serve to bring yoga to those who need it, regardless of their ability to pay or their experience level. We’re located in the heart of Park Hill in North Little Rock. Stacey Reynolds is a Licensed Yoga Therapist and has been teaching yoga since 2000. She is a national presenter and is featured in the May 2022 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine about her personal experience with traumatic brain injury. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Blue Yoga Nyla's students are in experienced and nurturing hands.
Stacey's journey to yoga originated from a place of healing. There was something about the practice that was vital to her overcoming a variety of health issues and a lifelong history of anxiety and depression. That same healing can be found at BYN through group classes or one on one yoga therapy sessions with Stacey.
Stacey is featured in Cosmopolitan, “The Holy Grail,” May 2022 issue about her personal experience with traumatic brain injury.
In 2020, she was awarded a Seva Award by The International Association of Yoga Therapist.
Blue Yoga NYLA was voted Arkansas Times Best of Arkansas Winner 2024 for Best Yoga Studio and Best Gym/Place to Work Out.
