We’re passionate about destigmatizing the practice of yoga and focusing on the mind, body, and spirit connection yoga brings. We serve to bring yoga to those who need it, regardless of their ability to pay or experience level. Everyone brings something different to the mat, and we all have something to offer!
Our yoga connects to life change and relates to all aspects of our clients’ lives. We believe in living your yoga and applying what you learn on the mat to your everyday life. It’s not just about attending an hour long class at our studio; it’s about using the mat as a doorway into your new life.
Blue Yoga Nyla’s owner, Stacey Reynolds, began her yoga journey in 1997 after suffering from chronic illness. She had been confined to a chair for almost two years as her body became toxic. She began practicing yoga and almost immediately began to heal. Many years later, Stacey teaches the same practices that healed her body.
